Artisan liqueur made from the most select raw materials: Godello do Barco de Valdeorras grape brandy, organic sugar with mineralized water to make the syrup and sustainably grown blueberries in the Betanzos area (A Coruña).
Visual: Very vivid and uniform magenta color completely free of impurities and slightly translucent, noticeably dense texture. This density can become a little more accentuated in case of serving it at low temperatures.
Aroma: Predominance of blueberry and slightly floral nuances of brandy can be perceived
Taste: The blueberry flavor stands out mainly, being the exclusive protagonist and gaining prominence time after having drunk it. Slightly sweet, those people accustomed to very sugary liquors may find it strange.
Optimum consumption temperature: Oxygenate for a few minutes once opened for the first time and serve at room temperature in a glass in the shape of a tulip or balloon for a correct tasting. For beginners in the world of liquor, consume between 3 and 8ºC for a milder flavor.
